Beyond20’s mission is to change work life. Recently, Erika served as lead editor and co-author of the official ITIL 4 publication, Digital and IT Strategy.
Erika is an avid blogger, speaker, and advocate for expanding opportunities for women and minorities in technology. When not at work, you may find her reading, sailing, or performing improv comedy.
