Shape your spring 2026 setup: Software requests are due December 19

Spring is just around the corner – as always, each new semester calls for updated classroom configurations that account for individual faculty members’ needs.
 

Faculty should be aware that the software necessary to teach a course may not be preinstalled on classroom devices and will not be installed unless requested. All desired software must be requested in advance. Spring software requests are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025. 
 

Software may be requested by visiting http://links.asu.edu/software and completing the provided form. For those unsure which room will be used for teaching, any room may be selected as a placeholder through the ticket form above. 
 

After submitting the ticket, faculty should email [email protected] to indicate that the assigned room has not yet been determined. For those unable to locate a designated room through the ticket form, please email [email protected]. The team will work diligently to install all necessary software as quickly as possible. 
 

Please keep in mind that requests received after the listed due dates may not be completed by the first day of classes. Anyone with software-related questions before submitting a request is welcome to email [email protected] for assistance.
