Salesforce is a customer relationship management (CRM) system, which doesn't simply store student data, but captures the relationship between students and the services offered at ASU.
Two years ago, ASU undertook the enterprise-wide implementation of Salesforce to serve as the system of engagement for the Sun Devil community including students, their parents, alumni, donors, athletic fans, faculty and staff, corporations, foundations and members of the community. In this webinar, the Project Connections team share how the university overcame a number of the challenges that all institutions of higher education face when attempting to innovate on the grand scale that is required for an institution-wide CRM system.
