This research-based program facilitates rapid onboarding and year-round talent development, helping new hires acclimate to the organization and its culture. ROAR provides a comprehensive overview of Arizona State University and Enterprise Technology while involving managers and teams to support new employees in their transition.

ROAR continues your onboarding experience with insight into Enterprise Technology’s culture and how we work.  Enterprise Technology's onboarding is an extended talent development, community-building and mentor-support program. Structured and embedded onboarding practices will help you gain the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors needed to succeed in your new role within Enterprise Technology and Arizona State University.
