What is Dropbox?

Dropbox is a file hosting service that provides cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud storage, and client software. ASU affiliates may use Dropbox for business or educational purposes only.

How to access Dropbox

Dropbox is available to most students, depending on their affiliation and the current availability of the service. To access your Dropbox account, log in through the ASU Dropbox link in the MyASU portal or visit https://dropbox.asu.edu.

Once you graduate or, in the case you are no longer a student at Arizona State University, your ASU Dropbox for Education account will be revoked. Please remove or migrate any data from your ASU Dropbox for Education Account before leaving ASU to ensure you do not lose any critical or personal information.

Dropbox is available to most Faculty and Staff, dependent on affiliation.
