Teaching Experience: Inclusive Pedagogy
This project included faculty, staff, students, and disability experts to increase the inclusivity experienced by students in the required Project Management courses in their undergraduate degree program. Seven required courses were assessed by student team members using a checklist created by faculty team members who drew from universal design for learning principles. Faculty made changes to the courses based on the assessment findings. A pre and post student course inclusivity survey was administrated. Jennifer L. S. Chandler is a Senior Lecturer teaching leadership course for an undergraduate and masters programs in Organizational Leadership at ASU. |
