Engage is a continuation of Emerge: ASU IT Professional Community event. We will focus on the organizational development and culture of ASU’s enterprise technology unit and how each one of us plays a critical role in our successful delivery of services; and continue more in depth dialog that helps us bring to fruition technology innovations that enrich teaching, learning, and research.

Parking is extremely limited in the lot in front of Freezer's Ice House. We are reserving the spaces for staff traveling from other campuses.
For Tempe-based staff we strongly encourage the following alternatives:
- We highly recommend taking a ride to and from our event on the shuttle buses we have arranged. Pickups will take place at USB, UCENT, and Gammage.
- Sign up today to reserve your pickup time and location. There is a tab for the UCENT/USB route and a tab for the Gammage route. The tabs include pickup/departure times as well as other needed instructions to ensure a speedy process.
- For the return trip, a shuttle will begin running at 4:30 and will stop at each of the morning pickup locations multiple times. No reservation is necessary for the afternoon trips home, first come first serve.
- For carpooling parking alternatives, see the attached map. There are approximately 100 additional spots across these locations.
