To support the faculty and staff members who drive forward our mission, ASU is proud to offer the ASU Experience Center (EC): a dedicated, round-the-clock service providing assistance 365 days a year, ensuring faculty and staff can receive the support they need when they need it.
Numerous EC services are geared towards advancing the efforts of ASU’s workforce. Navigating cutting-edge instructional design tools, for example, is one of the intricate tasks the EC provides guidance for. From Canvas support to device troubleshooting, the EC assists faculty as they work to create compelling, accessible learning experiences for each Sun Devil to explore.
EC excellence doesn’t stop there—team members support a wide range of inquiries, including information security guidance, classroom support, DUO support, parking and permits, ASU Web Standards, and much more. Even questions regarding financial aid are within the EC’s purview, allowing faculty and staff to gain insight into the processes their students must navigate before arriving in the classroom.
Additionally, skilled associates can provide immediate support for real-time problems, establishing a convenient, practical space for same-day needs.
