Chargeable premium features

QuestionPro currently offers multiple premium features that enable advanced survey and data options. The premium features are separated into two categories: 1) one-time quotes and 2) prepaid credits.*

The features within the one-time quote model are:

  • QuestionPro Audience;
  • Sentiment analysis;
  • Customer translations;
  • Additional mobile app device keys.

The features within the prepaid credit model are:

  • API calls;
  • SMS messaging;
  • Custom development.

One-time quote features

QuestionPro Audience is a division of QuestionPro, which provides data collection services in the form of survey hosting, programming and access to millions of registered respondents online. Learn more about QuestionPro Audience here.

Sentiment Analysis refers to the use of natural language processing, text analysis, computational linguistics, and biometrics to systematically identify, extract, quantify, and study affective states and subjective information.

Sentiment analysis is widely applied to the voice of the customer materials, including reviews and survey responses, online and social media, and healthcare materials for applications ranging from marketing, to customer service, to clinical medicine.

In the QuestionPro platform, you can use the Sentiment Analysis feature to tag comments from the respondents and arrange it according to the sentimental value of their feedback.

QuestionPro features an Auto-translate function for many popular languages at no extra cost. Languages that are not included in the Auto-translate function can be translated by QuestionPro’s team of experienced project managers, highly skilled technical staff and professional linguists with an ISO 9001-2008 Certified quality management system to offer the most accurate Language Translations.

With the QuestionPro app, you can conduct surveys on Apple and Android devices - even when offline. The data is collected and stored on the device, then synced with your QuestionPro account whenever online connectivity becomes available.

Prepaid credit features

The QuestionPro API is organized around REST (representational state transfer). QuestipnPro uses built-in HTTP features, like HTTP authentication and HTTP verbs, to allow you to interact securely with their API from a client-side web application. JSON will be returned in all responses from the API, including errors.
