Adobe Sign at ASU

What is Adobe Sign?

Adobe Sign is ASU’s enterprise, cloud-based e-signature solution and part of Adobe Document Cloud, enabling secure, legally binding digital signatures from any desktop or mobile device.

Available to all faculty, staff, and student workers through ASU’s single sign-on (SSO), Adobe Sign allows users to securely send, sign, and manage documents electronically while maintaining strong compliance and data protection standards.

Through reusable templates, web forms, and automated routing, departments can streamline workflows, standardize processes, reduce manual steps, and accelerate approvals.

Key features and benefits

Adobe Sign provides:

  • Secure, encrypted cloud-based transactions with identity verification to protect sensitive information
  • Tamper-evident, legally binding e-signatures compliant with ESIGN and UETA, including full audit trails
  • Templates, automated workflows, and real-time tracking to streamline processes and reduce duplicate work

How to access Adobe Sign

! Important: Always use your [email protected] email address when sending or signing agreements internally. Documents sent or signed with a non-ASURITE email address will not appear in your ASU Adobe Sign account.
