Reflecting on her very first job as an accountant and auditor, Maria shares her belief that all learners are unique, occupying different stages in their lives with diverse learning needs. Just as she once felt uncertain about the professional possibilities available to her, she understands that many students may be unaware of the bright futures within their reach.

Also, hear from Alexander, an Earned Admissions student who, after being incarcerated for the majority of his life, emerged unfamiliar with technology. Through ASU's Universal Learner program, Alexander has triumphed, adapted to a digital world, and has begun his journey to and through higher education.
