How to access Dropbox

ASU Dropbox is not available to most students by default. As such, Faculty or staff who require specific students to use Dropbox for work, study, or research purposes can sponsor an account by submitting a Dropbox ticket in ASU's Service Catalog. Students have alternative storage resources available, such as ASU Google Drive and ASU Microsoft OneDrive.

Once you graduate or, in the case you are no longer a student at Arizona State University, your ASU Dropbox for Education account will be revoked. Please remove or migrate any data from your ASU Dropbox for Education Account before leaving ASU to ensure you do not lose any critical or personal information.

Dropbox is available to most Faculty and Staff, dependent on affiliation.
