Women in tech are unstoppable - innovators, leaders and changemakers shaping the future!
Celebrate their impact by joining us for a full day of celebration at the Enterprise Technology: Women in Tech event! Expect inspiring panels, interactive activities and a networking reception at Engrained that will amplify the voices and stories of women leaders in the industry.
All members of ASU faculty and staff are encouraged to attend, without regard to sex, gender, or any other protected characteristic. Please note that registration is required.

| 9:00 AM | The morning kicks off with a keynote from Wendy Kleinfeldt, a leadership fitness and performance coach for high-achieving women at Purple Tiger Fitness. Wendy will share her perspectives on achieving meaningful, resonant leadership through resilience, clarity, and pressure-regulation. |
| 9:45 AM | Get moving with Alexandria Loda from Desert MvmtBe ready to open yourself up to the power within you. To rise up as the women warriors you are. To be enlivened even with only a quick 15-minute session that is sure to invigorate, uplift, and empower you throughout your day and life. |
| 10:00 AM | Bookmarks and Book SwapBring a book to swap and leave with a new favorite! All genres of workplace-appropriate material are welcome. You'll also have the chance to make a custom bookmark to commemorate the occasion. A breakfast buffet and beverages will be available to fuel attendees as they connect and build community. |

Conferences can be highly-stimulating, fast-paced, and mentally demanding; a designated sensory room offers a calm, comfortable space for attendees to step into and away from all the stimuli. In recognition of the diverse needs within our community, this new space is designed as a calming, inclusive environment where individuals can pause, decompress, and recharge.
A sensory room isn't just a place to sit, it is an intentionally curated environment. It features carefully selected visuals. textures, sounds, and lighting designed to help regulate sensory input. Whether someone needs a moment of quiet, a break from social stimulation, or a comforting sensory experience, this space will offer supportive tools to promote calm, focus, and emotional balance.
This is part of ASU's Enterprise Technology's ongoing commitment to creating more inclusive, accessible, and human centered experiences for every member of our community.
Transportation Guidance
The ASU Tempe Memorial Union is located at 301 E Orange St.
ASU Enterprise Technology highly encourages using alternative transportation such as carpooling, a golf cart, or stretching your legs on a quick walk to attend our events.
The closest parking garage is the Apache Structure as noted on the map below.
Parking validations will not be provided.
- We encourage alternative travel such as walking, carpooling or using an ASU golf cart to attend our events.
- Promote bringing your reusable water bottles to reduce single use cup usage.
- Our team only uses evergreen signage and decor which is reused each year.
- Our events work with Zero Waste & Aramark on Think Before You Throw waste awareness.
- Request attendees leave lanyards behind to be reused for future events.
