Mindful Minutes is now offered three times per week to accommodate more people's schedules.
Beginning on September 8, 2020, we will be meeting as follows:
Tuesdays, 11:45 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.
Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.
Thursdays, 11:45 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.

Mindful Minutes piloted on March 24, 2020, was one response to the Pandemic and working from home. The purpose of this multi-week session is to create the container for a focus on personal wellbeing and collegial connection. This brief twenty-minutes enables participants to take a real break. It centers an uplifting and light focus on relaxation and expansion that helps to make the rest of your day more efficient.
