Join UTO and Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law for this installment Technology in the Public Interest: An Author Series, featuring author Harold Feld. Feld's book, The Case for the Digital Platform Act: Breakups, Starfish Problems, & Tech Regulation, aims to guide policymakers on what government can do to preserve competition and empower individual users in the huge swath of our economy now referred to as “Big Tech.” It is a deep-dive on how to address the challenges posed by the power of digital platforms. Harold will be on-hand to lead a community dialogue about the ever-evolving intersection of copyright, telecommunications and the internet. 

Feld is the Senior Vice President for Public Knowlege, one of the nation’s premier consumer advocacy organizations working at the intersection of copyright, telecommunications and the Internet.
