In a world where innovation thrives on diversity, the voices of women in technology are more essential than ever. Yet, too often, women leaders feel compelled to edit their voices to fit into spaces not designed for them.

In this transformative session, Felicia Davis will:
- Reveal the power of unedited truth in leadership and its role in driving innovation.
- Explore how voice sovereignty can shape the future of equity and inclusion in tech.
- Share strategies to lead with unshakable confidence, even in the face of systemic inequities.

This session will empower participants to see themselves not only as leaders in tech but as architects of a more inclusive, innovative, and equitable future. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to dismantle barriers, amplify their voices, and permanently transform the rooms they enter.
