Google Workspace accounts are available to all ASU affiliates, allowing users to store files in the cloud, synchronize them across devices and share them. Google Workspace encompasses Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, an office suite that permits collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms and more.
Submit a ServiceNow Request for assistance with an ASU Google Service.
ASU students gain access to Google Workspace (including Gmail, Drive, and Docs) by activating their ASURITE User ID upon enrollment. Once enrolled, a "Gmail" button appears in the My ASU portal, allowing access to the University's enterprise Google services using an @asu.edu email.
Alternatively, ASU affiliates can access selfsub.asu.edu, scroll to the bottom of the page where "Subscribe to additional services" appears, then click the "Subscribe" button listed next to "ASU Google Workspace for Education."
For technical support inquiries that require immediate, live assistance, the ASU Experience Center is open 24/7, 365 days a year, via 1-855-278-5080, +1-480-965-6500, or the Live Chat on the Contact ASU web page. Faculty and staff may also submit a general support request via ServiceNow.
