Software requests for summer and fall 2026 are due May 8 and July 24, respectively

The summer and fall semesters are on the horizon—are your classroom devices equipped with the software you need to teach your course?

Each new semester calls for updated classroom configurations that account for individual faculty members’ needs. With the summer and fall semesters on the horizon, faculty should be aware that the software necessary to teach a course may not be pre-installed on a classroom’s devices and will not be installed unless requested.

All desired software must be requested in advance. Summer software requests are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026. Fall software requests are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026. Software may be requested by visiting http://links.asu.edu/software and completing the provided form.

For those unsure which room they will be using for teaching:

Any room may be selected as a placeholder through the form above.
After submitting the ticket, please email [email protected] to indicate that a room has not yet been assigned.
For those unable to locate a designated room through the ticket form, please email [email protected].

Please keep in mind that requests received after the listed due dates may not be completed by the first day of classes – requests received after these dates are processed on a first come first serve basis, which could delay availability.
