• Last Regular Migration to Prod: Wednesday, 9/4
• Final Break-Fix: Wednesday: 9/11
• Performance/Regression Testing Sign-Off: Thursday 9/12
• Quiet Period: 9/13-9/26
• Go-Live Walk-Through: TBD, week of 9/16, details forthcoming
• Data Warehouse Testing Sign-Off: Wednesday 9/25 (moved from 9/6)

Data Migration / AWS Move:

• Thursday 9/26
• Last data warehouse (DW) loads ~8am
• View-Only PS access begins ~9pm
• Friday 9/27 - Saturday 9/28
• Data migration occurs
• View-Only PS access continues
• Sunday, 9/29
• Sierra-Cedar (SCI) & ASU Validations
• View-Only PS access ends (no user access)
• Monday, 9/30
• Verification Window (Time TBD)
• Normal PS access anticipated by 8am

Migration paths (PS Systems team will verify object impacts before migration to Production):
