Getting Started

If you already have the Zoom application downloaded, you have all you need! There are no new applications to download. Simply open a ServiceNow request to add Zoom Phone to your current application.

Don't have Zoom downloaded? Install it securely from one of these locations:

After you’ve submitted a Zoom Phone request, you will receive an email within 2-3 days notifying you that your Zoom Phone has been activated!

Upon opening Zoom, you should see the icon pictured below:

Don’t see it? Please log in and out, and ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of Zoom. From there, your Zoom Phone icon will appear, and you can begin using it! There is no need to "dial 9" before entering the number you wish to call.
