Chris Kurtz, UTO Splunk Admin, Named SplunkTrust MVP by Community.

In September, Chris Kurtz, UTO’s Splunk Administrator, was named a SplunkTrust Community MVP at the Splunk Conference. The inaugural SplunkTrust program is designed to formally recognize Splunk’s community leaders and thank them for their passion and service to other users. Trustees will have unique opportunities to learn about Splunk’s roadmap and share product feedback with Splunk. To quote Rachel Perkins, Splunk’s Community Relations Director: “SplunkTrust members are typically the smartest person in the room, sure…but they’re always the most helpful person in the room!”
Splunk is an advanced real-time machine data collection and analysis tool that stores and correlates ASU data from many UTO sources, including firewalls, servers, and network infrastructure. Many UTO departments use it, including ISO, Ops, Dev, and PeopleSoft Administration.
