Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. It is part of the Adobe Document Cloud suite of services.

Atlassian is a development and collaboration platform that offers powerful collaborative tools and practices to help teams organize and complete work together. The Atlassian tool suite leveraged by ASU Enterprise Technology includes Jira, Confluence, and the add-on Tempo. Jira, Confluence, Tempo.

Zoom
Zoom is ASU’s standard video conferencing tool for desktop and hardware-based audio and video communications. Zoom offers a comprehensive suite of tools that facilitate Meetings, Webinars, Events, and complex video production services. All ASU Students, Staff and Faculty automatically have access to an ASU Enterprise Zoom licensed account for Zoom Meetings. Separate licenses for special services, including Webinar, Large Meetings, Events and other Zoom features are available by request.
Zoom Phone
ZOOM phone is the standard voice communications service at ASU for all community members, regardless if you are on campus or working remotely. Once requested, ZOOM phone is added to the ZOOM application already in use by most ASU community members for the ZOOM conferencing service.
