Important dates
Current students and alumni will receive a 5 GB space allotment from Google. Staff, Faculty and Retired Employees will receive 20 GB. Individual storage must be reduced to the allotted GB or lesser. Excess data will be subject to deletion on May 29, 2023. Community members who are over-quota after this date can still access their Workspace, however, additional data will not be accepted.
Enterprise Technology has previously reached out to the community regarding file remediation support, emphasizing that those in need of assistance must contact Deskside (faculty and staff only), the ASU Experience Center or visit one of our Tech Studio locations by Oct. 31, 2022. This was to ensure a "buffer" of time within which to receive personalized assistance.
As this date has passed, it is imperative that those still in need of assistance reach out to their Deskside team (faculty and staff only), the ASU Experience Center, or an ASU Tech Studio as soon as possible. File remediation strategies can take time to assess and complete - it is best practice to begin well ahead of the December date provided by Google.
