Important dates
Current students and alumni will receive a 5 GB space allotment from Google. Staff, Faculty and Retired Employees will receive 20 GB. Individual storage must be reduced to the allotted GB or less. Excess data will be subject to deletion on December 15, 2025. Community members who are over-quota after this date can still access their Workspace; however, additional data will not be accepted.
Enterprise Technology has previously reached out to the community regarding file remediation support, emphasizing that those in need of assistance must contact Deskside Support (faculty and staff only), the ASU Experience Center or visit one of our Tech Studio locations.
